We deliver a combination of operational skills and true sales technique. The operational skills involve the basics which include  property evaluation, target marketing including  Fine Homes & Estates,  New Construction, Land, Commercial and also for every type of property. We coach on how to work with builders, how to work with investors and how to sell to relocation, and how to get started in a Commercial Real Estate field. 

 

The Sales Technique coaching comes from Bottom Line University tm, and Ralph Williams. Ralph Williams was the number one Listing Agent for Century 21 his first year in the business! He went on to bring companies to number one positions. He is the Coach and Consultant for Century 21 Access America. He also exclusively coaches our agents in Connecticut and Rhode Island! Ralph has helped many agents springboard into a successful career internationally. His systems have helped Century 21 Access America to become the Number One Century 21 Firm in New England! 

 

Our courses are live at our Career Development Center, and online. We accommodate full time agents and agents that are starting out part time but do want to develop into a full time career.
